Aguirre Newman Arquitectura designs the new PradaGayoso offices

The firm that specializes in financial restructuring has taken advantage of its move to Génova 17 to create a functional space that fosters talent, productivity and communication among partners and collaborators.

The Aguirre Newman Arquitectura team has collaborated with the entire creative process through the design, set-up work and move to the new offices.

Aguirre Newman Arquitectura designed the new PradaGayoso offices at Calle Génova 17. The new offices were conceived as a professional space that clearly separates concentrated and silent work areas with areas that welcome gatherings, exchange and communication.

Aguirre Newman Arquitectura developed the project in response to the company’s growth based on spatial interactivity and collaborative work among the different professionals in each area. The design focuses on creating spaces for creativity that foster personal communication in a pleasant atmosphere.

“Our absolute priority was a silent central space with natural light with closed office rooms, of course. We’re absolutely against the open-space trends aiming to fostering communication which harm worker concentration. We believe working in these conditions has a lot to do with the increasing deterioration in the quality of professional work we’ve seen in the business world. On the other hand, the affairs we handle – business crises, financial expertise for lawsuits, tax advising and economic crimes – require absolute discretion,” says PradaGayoso.

The project design features essential elements like access to natural light as the central theme throughout the various areas; quality artificial lighting and indoor air; a variety of materials; colours and furnishings with a “light” and warm look. All of these factors evoke a fresh and pleasant atmosphere which provides a human and comfortable touch to the new PradaGayoso offices.
