Thus, Lateral Inversiones Al&#8217;\u00c1ndalus, located in Madrid, can continue its company line of business as a real-estate developer.<\/p>\n<p>The current administrator, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Pastor<\/strong>, and his predecessor, <strong>Ignacio Barco<\/strong>, believe that the \u2018meeting of creditors would not have concluded so satisfactorily if not for the specialised support received from PradaGayoso throughout the entire process.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>For his part, <strong>Javier Marquina<\/strong>, a lawyer, economist and partner at the firm PradaGayoso, points out that the case of Lateral Inversiones Al&#8217;\u00c1ndalus \u2018is a clear example that a meeting of creditors can conclude with an agreement if there is true interest by the bankrupt company and creditors to move forward.\u2019<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company Lateral Inversiones Al\u2019\u00c1ndalus managed to conclude \u2013with the consultancy services of PradaGayoso\u2013 an agreement with its creditors in the framework of its bankruptcy proceedings.
