The attorney and economist firm guided V\u00e9rtice360 throughout the bankruptcy proceedings which ended with the approval of an agreement involving a 95% debt cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>Javier Marquina, Project Manager at PradaGayoso, highlighted the credibility of the Business Plan for creditors as one of the keys to its success. \u201cA company can overcome a bankruptcy if there\u2019s a business owner with a desire to keep going, creditors that support the business and an insolvency receiver that does not create obstacles.
